He possesses complete lifecycle exposure across Retail Banking, Corporate Finance, and Digital Banking.
Ganesh's core competency lies in the successful execution of complex, high-value transformation projects, including Core Banking System (CBS) migrations. He maintains a holistic perspective on corporate structure and process discipline, proficiently managing all phases from development and testing to production support and assurance, within rigorous CMMi/ISO frameworks.
Ganesh's career includes significant tenure at Tata Consultancy Services, preceded by experience at startup, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank.
VamsiKrishna Sankarayogi is a seasoned technology and product leader, currently serving as the CTO at PureCipher and as a fractional CTO/CPO for startups in HealthTech, AdTech, and FinTech. He has been instrumental in setting up engineering centers for global firms like Zeta Global and Information Builders (later acquired by TIBCO). His leadership spans product innovation, scalable architecture design, and building cross-functional engineering teams across geographies. He actively mentors startups and contributes thought leadership through technical articles on AI, LLMs, and digital transformation.
