His experience spans multiple layers of enterprise technology—from application development and banking transformation to delivery governance, program oversight, agile execution, and production operations. Having worked with technology providers, financial institutions, and enterprise service organizations, Ganesh has developed a practical understanding of governance, stakeholder management, process discipline, and operational excellence.
Throughout his professional journey, Ganesh observed a recurring challenge: organizations often struggle not because of technology limitations, but because of gaps in operational discipline, governance, visibility, and execution. This realization inspired the creation of JSri Technologies, focused on helping organizations strengthen operational excellence through structured support models, governance practices, and service management disciplines.
VamsiKrishna Sankarayogi is a seasoned technology and product leader, currently serving as the CTO at PureCipher and as a fractional CTO/CPO for startups in HealthTech, AdTech, and FinTech. He has been instrumental in setting up engineering centers for global firms like Zeta Global and Information Builders (later acquired by TIBCO). His leadership spans product innovation, scalable architecture design, and building cross-functional engineering teams across geographies. He actively mentors startups and contributes thought leadership through technical articles on AI, LLMs, and digital transformation.
